Add 2 teaspoon of dried Dogblood bush leaves in 16 oz of cold water on a low flame to boil. When tea starts to boil, let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then turn off the flame and let tea steep for 15 minutes.. Strain and enjoy. Makes 2 cups.

Drink warm straight or sweetened with honey or agave to taste.  Drink tea two times a day (morning and nighttime before bed).
