Add 2 teaspoons of tea to 16 oz of cold water on a medium flame to boil. When the tea starts to boil, lower the flame and let the tea simmer for 3 minutes. Then turn off the flame and let tea steep for 15 minutes. Strain and drink as is or sweeten. Makes 2 cups.

Take 2 times per day (mornings and before bed), for one week, skip one week and repeat if necessary.
