While modern research on ‘Search Mi Heart’ is limited, its traditional use in Jamaican bush medicine aligns with the calming properties of related plants in the Gesneriaceae family. 

Brewing Instructions:

Measure 1 tsp per cup (8-10oz). Add 212° water.
Steep first infusion 5-7 minutes, 2nd infusion 10 minutes, 3rd infusion 15 minutes. Remove tea leaves and enjoy! Multiple steeps encouraged as a warming tonic.
